SBG offer a hands-off approach to local landlords who want to maximise their rental income, whilst having the peace of mind that their property is maintained to the highest standard.
Both parties agree on a set monthly rental price, and then we, SBG Property Management pay you, the landlord, on a monthly basis. This works in the same way as a standard tenancy agreement; however, we eliminate the uncertainty that comes with a set tenancy, as you receive guaranteed income every month regardless of our occupancy levels.
In addition, we set up your property for serviced accommodation (if it isn’t already) and cover all the bills, cleaning costs and maintenance. We then manage the property to provide serviced accommodation to individuals visiting the local area for business or leisure. This includes end to end daily management. From taking bookings and communicating with guests, to organising our established cleaning and maintenance team.
SBG Property Management ensure both the guests and you, the landlord, are always happy.
Both parties review and agree upon rental terms.
Prepare and sign the company let contract.
SBG refurb (if needed) and furnish the property to a show home standard.
